A standardized operational process for bag making machines is outlined as follows:
1. Pre-Startup Preparations
① Check the area around the equipment for dust or debris, and clear any found.
② Load the film roll according to the specifications in the production order.
③ Adjust the bag dimensions based on the production order and technical documentation. Install the heat sealing knife and perform a preliminary adjustment.
④ Set the positions of the slitting knife and heat sealing knife.
⑤ Turn on the power and set the heat sealing knife temperature as required by the technical documentation.
⑥ Input the relevant bag-making parameters and the required quantity per bundle.
⑦ Adjust the sensitivity of the photoelectric sensor using pattern edges with high color contrast until it meets the requirements.
2. Startup Procedure
① Start the main motor at a low speed. Immediately adjust the edge guide control to center the film.
② Adjust the left and right nip rollers to align the film edges. Adjust the front and rear nip rollers to align the patterns correctly.
③ Adjust the heat sealing knife to ensure seals are within the specified bag areas.
④ Position the slitting blades as required and align the punching device with the cut point.
⑤ Set an initial machine speed. Collect a sample bag from the first stable production cycle for preliminary inspection.
⑥ Continuously monitor the bag-making process during operation and make immediate adjustments if any abnormalities are observed.
3. Shutdown Procedure
Turn off the main power switch, followed by disconnecting all individual power switches.
