The ABA blown film machine is an advanced multi-layer co-extrusion plastic film production equipment. It uses a unique 'two extruders, three-layer structure' design, where two different raw materials are melted and plasticized through a precision die head, ultimately forming an A-B-A symmetrical film tube. After blowing, cooling, and drawing, it becomes the finished film.
Cost Reduction: High B-layer filling directly saves the use of expensive resin.
Excellent Performance: The film has a good overall feel, high hardness (good stiffness), strong tensile strength, and good brightness.
Increased Productivity: The filler has good fluidity, which helps improve production speed.
