Can the machine run recycled PE or CaCO3-filled materials for cost-effective shrink film?

Yes. The 33:1 L/D alloy screw handles 40–50% CaCO3 in ABA core layers and high-content recycled PE. It maintains shrink performance and film strength while reducing raw material costs.

What materials are suitable for producing heat shrink film?

Our machines process LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE (ideal for shrink film), plus EVA and biodegradable resins. Film thickness 0.01–0.1mm, with tailored molecular orientation for reliable shrinkage (typically 30–70% at 120–160°C).
