The equipment is equipped with two (or more) extruders. One extruder is responsible for the plasticizing and extrusion of the surface layer (A layer) material, usually using completely new PE material to ensure the surface properties of the film; the other extruder handles the plasticizing and extrusion of the core layer (B layer) material, which can use a high proportion of recycled material or calcium powder. The two molten material flows converge in a precision multi-layer spiral die, are uniformly distributed, and laminated into a tubular A/B/A structure film blank. After blowing, cooling, traction, and winding, it is finally made into an ABA three-layer composite film.

Core Layer Filling: The B layer (core layer) can incorporate up to 40%-50% calcium carbonate or recycled materials, greatly reducing material costs while maintaining the basic physical properties of the film.
Surface Layer Optimization: The A layer (surface layer) uses high-quality raw materials to ensure the film has good gloss, printing adaptability, and heat-sealing strength.

Good Stability: The A/B/A symmetrical structure effectively balances internal molecular orientation stress, resulting in a flat finished film that resists warping and misalignment during downstream bag-making processes.
Customizable Functions: Layer thickness ratios and raw material formulations can be flexibly adjusted according to customer requirements to achieve specific features such as anti-fog, anti-static, and enhanced toughness.

Uses a PLC automatic control system for easy operation and stable, high-efficiency external cooling air ring to ensure bubble stability and high production efficiency.
Precision spiral die head ensures uniform extrusion, effectively eliminating crystal spot streaks.
