What materials can be used to produce flat bags?

Our machines support HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE (ideal for flat bags), plus EVA and biodegradable materials (PLA/PBAT). Film thickness ranges 0.01–0.1mm, meeting lightweight to heavy‑duty flat bag requirements.

Can the machine run recycled PE or CaCO3‑filled materials for cost‑effective flat bags?

Yes. The 33:1 L/D alloy screw processes high‑content recycled PE and 40–50% CaCO3 in ABA cores. It maintains film strength and sealing performance while reducing raw material costs.
