Flat bag

Flat bag

Flat bags have a wide range of applications. They are suitable for packaging food, garments, daily necessities, hardware parts and electronic components. They are widely used for dustproof, moisture-proof, storage and sub-packaging, as well as internal packaging for warehousing, logistics and retail goods.

What materials can be used to produce flat bags?

Our machines support HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE (ideal for flat bags), plus EVA and biodegradable materials (PLA/PBAT). Film thickness ranges 0.01–0.1mm, meeting lightweight to heavy‑duty flat bag requirements.

Can the machine run recycled PE or CaCO3‑filled materials for cost‑effective flat bags?

Yes. The 33:1 L/D alloy screw processes high‑content recycled PE and 40–50% CaCO3 in ABA cores. It maintains film strength and sealing performance while reducing raw material costs.

True partnership begins at delivery: we provide professional installation, 24/7 support, annual warranty and proactive maintenance to ensure your production line's uninterrupted performance.
