Biodegradable Bags

Supporting eco-friendly initiatives, our plastic bag making machines can process compostable materials to produce fully biodegradable bags. They offer a sustainable packaging alternative for retail, organic waste collection, and environmentally conscious businesses.

Can standard bag machines process biodegradable films?

Often, significant adjustments are needed. Biodegradable materials like PBAT/PLA blends have different melting points, tackiness, and sealing behaviors. Our machines are specifically configured for these properties.

What is the biggest production challenge with biodegradable films?

Heat sensitivity and sealing consistency. Too little heat and the seal is weak; too much can degrade the material. Our machines offer fine-tuned, precise temperature control.

Can you print compostability logos on the bags?

Yes, using compatible inks, we can integrate printing to apply recognized logos (e.g., Seedling, OK compost HOME) and disposal instructions directly on the bag.

True partnership begins at delivery: we provide professional installation, 24/7 support, annual warranty and proactive maintenance to ensure your production line's uninterrupted performance.
