1. Unwinding and flattening: The plastic film rolls are mounted on the unwinding rack, and through the tension control system and leveling rollers, the film is ensured to feed into the machine smoothly and evenly.
2. Folding and center sealing: After the film is sealed by the sealing blade, perforated disposable bags are formed. Then they are folded through the folding rack and automatically loaded into packaging bags. They can be packaged one by one.
3. Vest mouth mold positioning and heat sealing: The machine uses photoelectric sensors to track the registration marks on the film to ensure the correct position for each bag. The bottom of the bag is heat sealed using a heat-sealing blade, simultaneously forming the shoulder shape characteristic of vest bags.
4. Counting and stacking: The finished bags are conveyed out via a conveyor belt and counted by a counter, and finally neatly pushed into packaging bags for packing and sealing.
