Product Configuration

1. High capacity and lower energy consumption: One extruder drives two die heads, producing nearly as much as two single machines with the same screw specifications. The motor, heating, and gearbox of the main machine are shared, spreading out energy use, so the electricity consumption per kilogram of film is noticeably lower than with two separate blowers, making it really energy-efficient.
2. Saves labor and factory space. You only need one operator to monitor two film bubble lines, cutting labor costs in half compared to two separate machines. The integrated layout takes up less workshop space, making it perfect for bag processing factories with limited space.
3.Flexible production, can handle multiple specifications with the same material. Under the premise of using the same raw material, the two die heads can be configured with different die sizes, allowing the production of two different film widths at the same time (for example, one making 25cm vest bags film, the other making 40cm flat bags film); or both lines can produce the same specification for large-scale production, adapting to order combinations.
